摘要
A functionalized phosphoric acid based hyper crosslinked polymer (DBP/BCM-HCP) was synthesized with diethyl benzyl phosphonate as monomer and biphenyl p-dichlorobenzene as crosslinker for the first time. With it as a new solid phase extraction adsorbent, the phenol compounds (2-chlorophenol, 2,6-chlorophenol, 2,4chlorophenol, bisphenol A and p-tert-butylphenol) were effectively extracted from water, white peach beverage and jujube flower honey samples. Under optimized SPE conditions, the SPE in conjunction with high performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection has a wide linearity (0.06-80 ng mL-1 for water, 0.90-80 ng mL-1 for beverage, and 0.75-400 ng g- 1 for honey samples), with the coefficients of determination of higher than 0.9918. The limits of detection (S/N = 3) for the analytes were 0.02-0.15 ng mL-1, 0.30-0.60 ng mL-1 and 0.25-0.75 ng g-1 and the limits of quantitation (S/N = 9) were 0.06-0.45 ng mL-1, 0.90-1.80 ng mL-1 and 0.75-2.25 ng g-1 for water, beverage, and honey samples, respectively, depending on the compounds and sample matrix. The method recovery fell between 82.0 % and 119 %, with a quite good reproducibility (the relative standard deviations were between 1.2 % and 9.5 %). The results show that the method can satisfy the requirements for the quantification of phenols in real food samples. This work provides a feasible method of choice for the detection of phenolic compounds and the DBP/BCM-HCP demonstrates to have a further application potential to serve as an adsorbent in sample pretreatment.
