摘要
At present, with the in-depth development of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, digital transformation has become the trend of the times, and the digital development of quality management in the cigarette industry is also undergoing profound changes. In order to effectively improve the product quality of cigarette co-production, the integration of digital technology and total quality management of co-production was strengthened, and the AHP method was used to effectively evaluate the quality control level of co-processing points, so as to establish and apply a new mode of digital quality control in co-production process. This study realizes the cleaning, statistical analysis and visualization of process quality data, the diagnosis of abnormal data and the evaluation and clustering of the quality level of cooperative manufacturers, which lays a solid foundation for the transformation and upgrading of cooperative production quality control to preventive type.
