摘要
The paper describes the analysis, simulation, and measurement results of a high-frequency soft-switching dc-dc converter with a simple secondary Turn-off snubber. The converter utilizes a full-bridge topology with pulse-width modulation and a half-wave rectifier with one secondary side transistor. The control algorithm completely removes circulating current and ensures zero-voltage and zero-current switching of the primary-side transistor for the full load range. The secondary side turn-off snubber ensures zero-voltage turn-off for the secondary-side transistor. The principle of operation is verified by measurements on a 2 kW, 100 kHz laboratory model of the proposed dc-dc converter.
