摘要
The present essay addresses the importance of the Philosophy for the Law, considering the Philosophy of Law as a foundation for the construction of the juridical argumentation. It is intended to demonstrate that the juridical argumentation shall not disregard the qualified debate performed within the realm of the Philosophy. Thus, from a literature review on the Scopus and Scielo databases, it is shown an existing gap that requires discussion, from the standpoint of the philosophical and logical model foundations by Gottlob Frege. Comparing his theoretical proposal and the tradition of the Aristotelian logic, the elementary characteristics of the refurbished notion of proposition are presented. The herein analysis of such elements entails the originality and genius of the proposal hold by the aforementioned author.
