摘要:
Encoderless control strategies for permanent magnet synchronous motor can effectively reduce cost and enhance control system reliability. However, the widely adopted encoderless control strategies rely on classical vector control frameworks for the control loop, and basically using phase-locked loop (PLL) structures for position observation. In this work, we propose a predictive encoderless control strategy with a revised extended state observer (ESO)-based speed observer. The proposed control strategy integrates the predictive control structure into encoderless control. Additionally, the speed observation part replaces the traditional phase-locked loop structure. Hardware-in-Loop experiments demonstrate that this method improves system dynamic characteristics compared to traditional methods and enhances system robustness against load disturbances.
