摘要
The widespread diffusion of the Internet of Things allows its application in several fields for providing services to users based on the specific application. In particular, thermal facilities can exploit data acquired through the Internet of Things paradigm to monitor the structure and its treatments and improve the user experience. Therefore, this work introduces a framework to control anomalies and improve the personalization of treatments based on the employment of Recommender Systems. The recommendation approach is tested through the MovieLens100k dataset, obtaining promising results.
