摘要
In order to improve the cutting performance of cemented carbide tools with large cutting depth, the submicrongrained WC-6wt%Co cemented carbide was cryogenically treated with liquid nitrogen, and its residual stress, dry friction and wear behavior and cutting performance were studied. The results show that after cryogenic treatment, the residual compressive stress of the WC phase increases by 276 %, and the phase transformation driving force of the Co phase is generated, promoting the transformation from alpha-Co to epsilon-Co. During dry friction and wear, the wear resistance of the material increased by 88 %. With coolant, the cutting depth was 7 mm, and the cutting performance of the tool improved by 97.56 % during continuous turning of the superalloy.
