摘要
Digital technologies are becoming essential in daily life, impacting various sectors, including education. This study explores the use of Kahoot! in science education, focusing on Active Technological Learning (ATA). Four classes were conducted in a didactic sequence on ,,Ecological Relationships and Brazilian Ecosystems" with 25 7th-grade students from Jose Ribeiro Americo School in Sao Raimundo Nonato-PI. Using a qualitative approach and methods such as questionnaires and online quizzes, the research collected data on the use of digital resources and their implications. The results indicate that using digital resources with active approaches makes teaching more dynamic and engaging, facilitating students' understanding in science classes. Kahoot! stands out as an effective teaching tool, promoting Active Learning. However, the research also revealed challenges, such as the use of cell phones in schools and internet connectivity issues, which negatively impacted the results. Despite these difficulties, the study suggests that digital technologies have significant potential to enrich the school environment.
