摘要
Recognizing the neoliberal model as a framework where the role of the state, the real estate market and civil society are relevant in the production of a green public space, this article analyzes the role of the neoliberal State and its alliance with the real estate sector and civil society in the creation of gentrified public spaces. From the qualitative approach, the social dynamics of the park were observed through observation in field work and a series of unstructured interviews with the agents in charge of the administration of the green public space. The results reveal that the links between the three actors are mediated by the context in which the management of the park is presented, that is, the making of urban policies is carried out in such a way that gentrified green spaces are produced. It is concluded that La Mexicana Urban Park is an example of how neoliberal urban policy contributes to an unequal green urban agenda and exercises the exclusion and exclusivity of the green landscape in the city
