摘要
Research evaluations are essential for comprehending patterns and advancements in the field and for directing future investigations. A bibliometric analysis was performed on 348 Web of Science documents spanning the years 2013-2023. The publications, significant authors, papers, leading contributing nations, journals, publishers, organizations, and growth patterns of keywords associated with grain and grain storage are the main subjects of this study. This study's primary objectives were to identify trend indicators for grain storage and food security. This article has examined the different methods of grain storage used in different countries. The analysis primarily extracted 97 articles, which predominantly discussed methods of pest control in grain products. The findings indicate that chemical treatment is the most efficacious technique. It is imperative to identify and implement the most effective techniques through the analysis of these articles. Food security will remain a significant concern in the coming years. Bibliometric analysis indicated that global research on grain storage and food security would be enhanced by increasing scientific collaboration on this subject, alongside sustained longitudinal studies and the sustainable incorporation of grain storage and food security research into future agricultural food management frameworks.
