We present a method for computing the squared modulus of the partition function for complex temperatures and Fisher zeros for the Ising model with two-spin as well as multi-spin interactions on a quantum computer. The method and corresponding quantum algorithm for calculating the squared modulus of the partition function and Fisher zeros are realized on a quantum computer for a two-spin cluster and a three-spin cluster with three-spin interaction. The results of quantum computing are in good agreement with theoretical results.
