摘要
The assessment of the security risk of electricity supply to industrial and household consumers within the National Power System, comes in the context in which the possibility of a blackout is very likely, and the lack of electricity can cause major damage through enormous financial losses, which through the domino effect can spread economic and national insecurity. In this context, the risk assessment of the security of electricity supply to industrial consumers becomes an essential issue of national security and makes this paper of real interest. As known in the literature, the 400 kV and 220 kV power substations within the National Power Grid Transelectrica, are listed as critical power infrastructures and for this reason this paper requires essential multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary knowledge of power engineering, industrial engineering, security and protection of critical power infrastructures and energy security. The essential and interesting elements brought in this risk analysis are: determining the probability of the chosen risk scenario, determining the severity, calculation of the risk matrix and elaboration of the energy security strategy on the power substation in this paper. The authors consider that the security of electricity supply to consumers within the National Power System is a strictly national and european security issue because the lack of electricity can cause enormous damage to the industry, economy and state systems, which are almost entirely dependent on electricity.
