摘要
This paper proposes and designs a Consumer to Farmer (C2F, Customer to Farmer) target poverty alleviation system. The system is based on the solution of blockchain technology, through the use of multi-nodes to build the form of coalition chain, and at the same time combined with the smart contract technology to design and develop a decentralized precision poverty alleviation system based on blockchain. Based on the "decentralized" blockchain technology, the platform builds a direct bridge from consumers to farmers, and achieves a win-win result for both consumers and farmers through the roadmap of consumers shopping for and paying in advance for agricultural products, and farmers producing and delivering the ordered agricultural products.
