摘要
The analytical approach of EIS equivalent circuit parameters is constrained by complex biological factors influencing fish meat's electrical properties. This study identifies the sub-parameter n of the constant phase element (CPE) as a crucial factor in predicting silver carp freshness. The purpose of n parameter of the sub-layer equivalent circuit parameters for CPE (NSCPE). The experimental results demonstrate that the accuracy of NSCPE parameters in freshness prediction is up to 68.6%, which is approximately 5.7% higher than traditional parameters. The R2 of the linear regression equation fitting result can reach 0.94, which is significantly improved compared to traditional methods.
