The polymorphic transformations of nonsonicated aqueous dispersions of phosphatidylcholines belonging to the diacyl, alkylacyl or aldehydrogenic types were studied by the 31P NMR spectroscopy. The phosphatidylcholine aqueous dspersions may form lamellar and hexagonal phases.
