摘要：

Surgery, possibly combined with chemoimmunotherapy, is the standard treatment for localized primary non-small cell lung cancers (NSCLC) (T1-T2 N0). Stereotactic radiotherapy is a validated alternative in patients with surgical contraindication (20 to 50% of cases). Surgery is not an option for locally advanced lesions with treatment based on combinations of chemotherapy, immunotherapy and radiotherapy. The treatment for locally advanced non-small-cell lung cancer has changed dramatically over the past several years, with consolidative immunotherapy after concurrent chemoradiation becoming the new standard of care. However, most patients will develop progression of disease. Future will include development of radiotherapy technics to reduce toxicities as much as possible in combined modalities.
