摘要
Rhodium(III)-catalyzed (3-C(sp2)-H olefination and desilylative vinylation of acyclic enamides have been successfully achieved using vinylsilanes as coupling reagents. The reaction demonstrates effectiveness with a wide range of substrates, exhibiting high tolerance towards various functional groups. This protocol offers a practical approach for the synthesis of two kinds of dienamides, which were obtained in moderate to good yields with high stereoselectivity in both instances. Mechanistically, the (3-C(sp2)-H activation was involved in this approach.
