摘要
The importance of effectively combining real-world data and virtual-world simulation functions through a digital twin-based solution platform is rapidly increasing. A reference platform to support this is strongly required. The mental healthcare management of emotional workers is a requirement area that has limitations in existing medical healthcare management because it is challenging to consider the emotional response at the time of a stressful situation and the individual's underlying state is not reflected. In this study, we construct a medical healthcare digital twin solution architecture for a personalized stress risk management solution and present an effective mental healthcare management method through each layer of technology. In the digital twin structure, for medical health risk management due to emotional labor, individual stress risks factors such as emotion/body reaction and environment are extracted with various modalities, and stress risk is precisely predicted through synchronization/modeling of dynamic objects in a virtual space. Generally, it provides a medical health care digital twin platform solution for personalized medical health risk prediction that can be configured according to the environment by providing an intervention tailored to the customer and can be improved according to the user's feedback.
