摘要
Childhood obesity represents a serious global health issue, with increasing rates of children facing excessive weight issues. Addressing this problem requires a comprehensive approach encompassing both treatment and prevention. In the realm of treatment, educating parents about a healthy lifestyle and the importance of a balanced diet is a fundamental element. Pediatricians and nutritionists often advise families on developing healthy dietary habits for children. However, prevention is a central aspect. In school facilities, providing healthy food options and promoting physical activity is imperative. Educational programs focus on raising children's awareness of the significance of a healthy lifestyle. Simultaneously, parents are encouraged to play an active role by offering nutritious meals at home and supporting their children's participation in sports activities. Creating an environment that fosters a healthy life, coupled with enhancing education and awareness, are crucial steps in reducing childhood obesity and establishing healthy habits that will accompany children throughout their lives.
