摘要：

The evolving knowledge economy shortens product life cycles, prompting enterprises to pursue continuous innovation for competitive advantage. Open innovation, supported by IT capability and knowledge sharing, enables collaboration with external partners to foster innovation. This research develops a model to examine IT and knowledge sharing's impact on open innovation adoption and organizational performance. Based on a survey research, the results highlight that adopting open innovation enhances competitiveness, with IT and knowledge sharing critical to success.
