摘要
Driven by both artificial intelligence technology and the VUCA environment, human decision-making is undergoing a transformation from empirical intuitive decision-making to human-machine collaborative decision-making. To explore the influence of emotion in human-machine collaborative decision-making in the VUCA environment, this study conducted an experiment. Based on simulated data generated by experimenters during the operation of a virtual enterprise, we analyzed and found the complex relationship between decision-making and emotion in the human-machine collaboration. Furthermore, combined with interview data from the experimenters, we analyzed the decision-making disparities between humans and artificial intelligence during the collaborative process, highlighting the predominant role of emotions in human-machine collaborative decision-making. This study bridges the fields of psychology, management, and computer science, not only providing a new perspective for analyzing the relationship between emotions and decision-making, but also offering a reference direction for emotional research in human-machine collaborative decision-making. Additionally, it lays the foundation for the design and innovation of emotional artificial intelligence.
