摘要
The objective of this study was to investigate the strategic approach on understanding artificial intelligence (AI) for education support and service. The literature review from the recent scholar works has been examined in relation with the contribution into support and service. The finding revealed that the understanding of AI in enhancing the instruction support and service provided the platform in bridging the support through designing the instruction for teaching and learning process and practices, and its potential to contribute into the service refers to give insights into building the education services through developing the material content of the subject. Thus, the contribution of this paper aims to give insights in helping to improve the education service through the AI support mainly in the theoretical basis and perspective.
