摘要
A reflective metasurface with excitation diversity is proposed to generate high-order orbital angular momentum (OAM) vortex beams. It is proved that the metasurface can generate OAM vortex beam with topological charge l=+/- 11 regardless of linearly polarized (LP) wave or circularly polarized (CP) wave excitation, the OAM purity can reach 0.8. In addition, the strategy that increasing the area of the metasurface can effectively improve the disorder of the phase center of the highorder OAM vortex beam has been verified by simulation analysis, and it can also improve the purity of the OAM vortex beam.
