摘要
Two new anthraquinone derivatives, named 1,3,6,8-tetrahydroxy-2-(methoxymethyl)anthracene-9,10-dione (1) and 1,3,6,8-tetrahydroxy-2-methylanthracene-9,10-dione (2), together with a known gamma-pyrone derivative, kojic acid (3), were isolated from the mangrove rhizosphere soil-derived fungus Aspergillus sp. N4-8. The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were elucidated by combined spectroscopic methods including 1D and 2D NMR spectral data. Compounds 2 and 3 showed antibacterial activities.
