摘要：
As the global population ages, parkinsonian disorders and their non-neurodegenerative mimics become more prevalent. Earlier and more accurate diagnosis is essential for prognos-tication and enrollment in clinical trials. While parkinsonian disorders remain a clinical diagnosis, neuroimaging can greatly enhance clinician confidence in the diagnosis.
