摘要
Emerging digital technologies (EDTs) re-energize quality and safety management during the intelligent transformation and upgrade of the construction sector. Building an innovative mode applicable to the quality and safety for intelligent construction is significant, while it is rarely involved in existing research. This study explores a generic quality and safety management framework for intelligent construction projects by cases study in China. Eighty-eight demonstration cases in China were selected, and the topic relevance was measured through Jensen-Shannon (JS) divergence after descriptive statistics and text structuring. The knowledge network analysis was then conducted to characterize the high-frequency word co-occurrence and topic networks, and reveal the underlying associations of knowledge elements. A generic framework for the quality and safety management of intelligent construction projects was further proposed, combined by content examination. The framework covers the successful experiences of eighty-eight demonstration cases from various regions in China, with high replication and promotion value, and provides forward guidance for project practice, which contributes to taking the initiative in quality and safety management for intelligent construction.
