摘要
We propose employing AuSn20 filler to improve the bonding strength and corrosion resistance of TA9/Sn-6Zr/ ZrO2 joint. To assess its feasibility, the interfacial microstructure, mechanical properties, and corrosion resistance of two TA9/ZrO2 joints were investigated. The results indicate that the addition of AuSn20 filler transforms the brazing seam from brittle and lower work function beta-Sn and ZrSn2 phases to ductile and higher work function AuSn2 and AuSn4 phase, significantly improving the shear strength and corrosion resistance of the TA9/ZrO2 joint. The corrosion products of TA9/ZrO2 joints are mainly SnO and SnO2, with traces of SnCl2, SnCl4, and Zr (HPO4)2.
