摘要
This study reported the preparation technology of a double-layer superhydrophobic anti-corrosion coating consist of microstructure acrylic resin primer and nano silica superhydrophobic topcoat. The morphology, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the coating were investigated by SEM, water drop contact angle and immersion electrochemical analysis. The results demonstrated that the micro-nano-structure developed on the coating's surface significantly enhanced its mechanical stability, ensuring that the coating retained its superhydrophobic properties even after enduring 100 cycles of wear. Furthermore, the coating maintained an impressive impedance magnitude of up to 1010 following immersion in a 5 % NaCl solution for an extended period of 240 h.
