摘要
The results of choosing the optimum dispersed charge composition, based on which high-dense ceramic materials from silicon carbide with high physicomechanical characteristics have been fabricated by reaction sintering, are presented. A set of mechanical properties of silicon carbide materials is studied as a function of the silicon carbide core fiber content.
