摘要：
Die Gruppe der Weichteiltumoren des Kindesalters ist äußerst heterogen und erfordert präzise Diagnosen für die Therapie. In diesem Text werden ausgewählte Tumoren unklaren Ursprungs behandelt, die charakteristische histologische, immunphänotypische und molekulare Eigenschaften aufweisen. Das angiomatoide fibröse Histiozytom, das alveoläre Weichteilsarkom, der extrarenale Rhabdoidtumor, das Synovialsarkom und der desmoplastische klein- und rundzellige Tumor unterscheiden sich teils stark in ihrer Pathologie, aber auch in ihrem klinischen Verhalten und ihrer Prognose.
