A rare benign vascular disease also known as intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia (IPEH), sometimes referred to as Masson's tumor, is characterized by abnormal endothelial cell proliferation within blood vessels. Although it frequently appears extremities, it can also appear in uncommon locations such as the neck. A 26-year-old lady had a painless neck tumor that turned out to be IPEH by histological examination. This example emphasizes how crucial histology is in identifying IPEH because of its lack of specific clinical and radiographic characteristics. IPEH is primarily treated with complete surgical excision with clear margins. In most cases, this method is curative, and recurrence is rare.
