摘要
Aiming at the problems of large amount of waste acid, high energy consumption and serious environmental pollution in the process of titanium extraction by sulfuric acid method, microwave leaching and conventional leaching of titanium concentrate were carried out based on sodium hydroxide modification. The optimal leaching conditions were studied and the surface morphology and phase composition of leaching residue were analyzed. The results show that FeTiO3 is transformed into NaFeTiO4 and Na2Fe2Ti3O10 with stronger activity after roasting and washing. Under the conditions of microwave power 600 W, sulfuric acid mass fraction 50%, liquid-solid ratio 6:1, leaching temperature 80 ℃ and leaching time 120 min, the leaching rates of microwave heating and conventional heating are 95.57% and 89.11%, respectively. The microwave heating reduces the adsorption of titanium by silica gel, and the specific surface area of the leaching residue increases under the action of microwave. The microwave leaching process can realize the efficient leaching of titanium under low acid conditions, which provides a new idea for the efficient application of titanium concentrate. © 2025 Central South University.
