A New Three-Dimensional Map Based Discrete Memristor and Its Hardware Implementation

摘要
The memristor is one of the more important basic components and continuous memristors have been used in many applications. However, discrete memristors deserve further discussion. Therefore, in this study, a discrete model of memristor is presented through the forward Euler algorithm and its characteristics are analyzed. The novel three-dimensional chaotic discrete map is getted by coupling the model to the two-dimensional chaotic map. The dynamical evolutions of the newly constructed chaotic map are analyzed by bifurcation diagrams, phase diagrams, complexity and Lyapunov exponents spectrum(LEs) . Simulation consequences show that the chaotic map has rich dynamical properties, revealing that the system has hyperchaotic attractors and multistability. Moreover, the DSP achievement of the 3-D hyperchaotic map demonstrates the viability of the new map in engineering applications.
