摘要
The regularities of the formation of color centers in crystals of undoped LiF and doped Mg, Ti, as a result of irradiation with electrons of 18 MeV at room temperature, have been studied. Based on the results obtained, it was concluded that many technological defects existed in the samples used. The primary mechanism for the formation of color centers is the creation of nonequilibrium charge carriers due to the ionizing effect of incident electrons.
