摘要
The results of antitumor assays of ferrocenylalkylazoles and possible mechanisms of their biological activity were analyzed. A model of the antitumor action of ferrocenylalkylazoles was proposed, according to which ferrocenylalkylation of nitrogenous bases of the tumor cell DNA takes place, resulting in a change in the epigenetic regulation and in the initiation of apoptosis.
