摘要
The results of experimental and statistical studies of the dependence of the mechanical properties of VT6 alloy rolled rods 20-155 mm in diameter on the chemical composition and lamellar structure parameters after various types of annealing are presented. Models to predict the ultimate tensile strength as a function of the alpha-phase lamella thickness and the structural aluminum and molybdenum equivalents are proposed. A strength diagram is constructed in the coordinates aluminum equivalent-alpha-lamella thickness-ultimate tensile strength at various molybdenum equivalents. The equivalents and structural parameters that provide the fulfillment of the requirements of industry standards are justified.
