摘要
Sm2Co17 magnet samples with different solution temperature and solution time were prepared by powder metallurgy method. The effects of solution temperature and solution time on the microstructure and macroscopic magnetic properties of magnet were studied. The results show that the 2:17H phase and 1:7H phase are mutually transformed under different solution temperature and time. With the solution temperature increases and the solution time prolongates, the grain size of the magnet increases gradually. At the same solution temperature, the width of the magnetic domains treated with 9 h solution is smaller than that of the magnets treated with 6 h solution, and the uniformity of the domains is obviously improved. The magnetic energy of the magnet sample after 9 h solution treatment is(BH)max=32.11 MGOe, Hcj=26.56 kOe, Br=11.45 kGs, Sq=73.1 %. © 2025 Editorial Office of Chinese Rare Earths.
