The classification of the collector systems (CS) in Moscow and the analysis of the hydraulic characteristics of two-phase flows transported through them are proposed based on a database created by the author. The maximum average and critical velocities in a circular watercourse with different fillings were calculated. The range of possible velocities and conditions of transportation of solid particles are presented. A list of CS in Moscow has been identified, where a change in the cross-sectional area due to silting can reduce the efficiency of the structures. © Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2024.
