摘要
This review is devoted to the methods used to determine microalgae status by in vivo chlorophyll fluorescence recording. The review systematizes data on the technical varieties and scope of application of fluorimetric devices, taking into account our own experience in their creation and operation. The problems which researchers have to solve when making fluorescence measurements with living natural phytoplankton are outlined.
