摘要
The influences of triisopropanolamine(TIPA)on the mechanical properties and hydration characteristics of cement-steel slag system were investigated through compressive strength, hydration heat, mercury porosimeter,X-ray diffractometer, thermal analyzer and scanning electronic microscope. The results show that the compressive strength of the cement-steel system increases with the rising of TIPA dosages(0.03%-0.09%),which is enhanced by 35.1%-37.9% and 23.8%-35.7% at 7 d and 28 d,respectively. The hydration reaction of the cement-steel system and the pozzolanic reaction of the steel slag are promoted with the addition of TIPA,which in turn accelerates the formation of hydration products such as calcium silicate hydrate gels and ettringaite. The porosity of the specimen also decreases with the incorporation of TIPA,and 0.06% TIPA makes the total pore volume reduce by 44.58% and 21.77% at 7 d and 28 d,respectively. © 2024 Tongji University.
