摘要
Abstract: The basic aspects of innovative aircraft production at Moscow enterprises that facilitate import substitution in current economic conditions are considered. Analysis of the technological level and innovation at aircraft plants permits the development of an import substitution mechanism taking account of the need for economic and information security and digitization of the aircraft industry. On the basis of research, a new approach to the development of an import substitution mechanism is proposed, taking account of the need for strict economic and information security at Moscow’s aircraft enterprises. The proposal takes the form of a system of recommendations and standard algorithms ensuring efficient operation in an era of challenges to imports and to information security. The main risks and benefits of the proposed mechanism are analyzed, and indices and formulas for calculating the competitive stability of Moscow’s aircraft enterprises in the light of regional circumstances are presented. © Allerton Press, Inc. 2024.
