摘要
Abstract: This article presents the circuit design and research results of a prototype of low-voltage solid-state transformer based on a controlled semiconductor AC/DC/AC converter. The device allows two different AC and DC voltage sources to be connected to the network simultaneously, ensuring reliable power supply and improving the power quality of electricity delivered to the consumer. The article presents the structural and basic electrical circuit diagrams of the prototype and its design and technical characteristics, as well as the control system and the device operation algorithm, together with the operating principle of its main units: an active rectifier, dual-channel converter, autonomous voltage inverter, and DC link capacitive storage. The results of experimental research of a prototype of low-voltage solid-state transformer are shown, which makes it possible to determine the permissible range of the input voltage of power sources connected to the device, as well as the ability of the device to stabilize and balance the output voltage. © Allerton Press, Inc. 2024.
