摘要
The mechanical properties and texture of DCR strip under different secondary cold-rolling reduction ratios were studied by means of three-dimensional orientation distribution function (ODF) and EBSD method. The results showed that the DCR strip produced by double-cold-rolling had a relatively better extension property when the secondary cold-rolling reduction ratio was 20.9%, and the basic texture components were getting stable. At this time, the effect of increasing reduction ratio was to refine the grain size and when the reduction ratio was over 24.7%, the increase of reduction ratio couldn't benefit to the texture components of a weak α fiber texture (〈110〉//RD) and a strong γ fiber texture (〈111〉//ND), which went againsts the deep drawability of the material. © 2016, Materials Review Magazine.
