Heat Transfer Performance Improvement of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Linear Motor Based on Embedded Staggered Double Channel Water-Cooling Structure

摘要
To improve the heat transfer efficiency and heat transfer uniformity of coreless double-layer coil permanent magnet (PM) synchronous linear motor in limited space, an embedded staggered double channel primary water-cooling structure is proposed, and the water-cooling structure is optimized by combining the heat-fluid coupled response surface model (RSM) and gray wolf algorithm. First, according to the operating parameters of the motor, the thermal load of the primary structure in limited space is analyzed under the condition of no water cooling, and the temperature rise of the primary structure under continuous operation and short-term high overload is calculated. Second, according to the primary thermal load, the thermal resistance-network model is introduced to model the heat flow coupling of the primary under the embedded staggered double channel, and compared with the traditional single channel to verify the heat transfer efficiency and uniformity of the proposed structure, then the sensitive parameters of the double channel structure are optimized by combining the heat flow coupling RSM and gray wolf algorithm. Finally, the effectiveness of the optimization method and the proposed water-cooling structures are verified by prototype experimental analysis and finite element analysis (FEA).
