摘要
The high proportion of renewable energy access aggravates the uncertainty of distribution network,so it is urgent to use time-of-use electricity price to motivate users to participate in demand response and tap the load-side flexibility resources. Therefore,a distributionally robust pricing strategy of peak-valley electricity price considering flexibility of distribution network is proposed. The users’behavior of responding to time-of-use electricity price is quantified by using the price elasticity matrix, and the distributionally robust uncertainty sets of photovoltaic output and load prediction error intervals are constructed based on Wasserstein distance. The models of distribution network flexibility supply and demand are built by using the interval method, and the flexibility evaluation indexes are constructed. A distributionally robust pricing model is established, which considers the use’s satisfaction degree of electricity consumption, the peak-to-valley difference of net load and the balance of flexibility supply and demand, and the model is solved by hybrid optimization algorithm. The results of a numerical example verify the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed pricing strategy. © 2024 Electric Power Automation Equipment Press. All rights reserved.
