摘要
Crosstalk phenomena cause major electromagnetic compatibility and signal integrity issues. For this reason, many studies have been carried out in an attempt to mitigate them. Solutions have been proposed, but the complexity of their implementation and the additional costs involved sometimes make them difficult to apply in practice. In this article, we propose a novel active suppression of known transient crosstalk disturbances for linear systems. A classical configuration with a power line disturbing a data line is numerically studied. The idea is to find a temporal signal, including all the system imperfection's, to cancel the resulting crosstalk. Different ways to generate this correction signal are explored. Crosstalk attenuation levels around 60 dB are reported. Applications to signal integrity are also presented as well as the possibility of virtual crosstalk measurements. The effectiveness and the high versatility in the implementation of the proposed process offer an alternative to conventional shielding or cable segregation solutions.
