Determination of delivery parameters of a technological equipment is an important task for getting high-quality products in textile /industry. Force analysis method for calculating the forces acting on the fibers was used to validate the technological parameters of the processes and for modeling the fiber movement track in the needle system. One of the parameters in the equation for calculating the forces is the angle of needle grasping by the fiber. Various options of configuration of fibers in the stretched state in a specific needle system, which were modeled and calculated by a specially developed program, were used to determine the angles of needle grasping by the fiber.
