摘要
The proliferation of microgrids has changed the paradigm in power system operations. Such autonomous grids with the ability to self-supply and island a portion of the grid could considerably improve the resilience of electricity grids. The beneficial effects of microgrids are not confined to the electricity infrastructure in a large society. The coordination between several infrastructures, as a potential obligation in microgrid hubs, presents an opportunity to enhance the resilience of critical infrastructures and their essential services offered to the larger grid. Furthermore, the cooperation between multi-microgrids would make the grid less susceptible to extreme events.
