Electrochemical sensor based on conjugated microporous polymer for sensitive detection of epinephrine

A novel reduced graphene-based conjugated microporous polymer(CMP-rGO)material was prepared by Sonogashira-Hagihara coupling method. The morphology and structure of CMP-rGO were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),transmission electron microscopy (TEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The electrochemical properties of CMP-rGO material were researched by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS)and cyclic voltammetry (CV). And the prepared materials were applied to the construction of epinephrine (EP)electrochemical sensors. The results showed the CMP-rGO modified electrode exhibited good electrical conductivity and electrocatalytic activity. Under the optimum conditions,the oxidation current of EP showed a good linear relationship with its concentration in the range of 0.08-80 µμmol/L,with a detection limit of 6.741 nmol/L. Therefore,electrochemical sensors based on CMP-rGO can be applied to clinical disease diagnosis. © 2024, Youke Publishing Co.,Ltd. All rights reserved.
