摘要
In this work, we reported an electrochemical biosensor with target-assisted self-cleavage DNAzyme function for signal amplified detection of miRNA. The target-recycling amplification led to significant signal enhancement and thus offers high detection sensitivity. In this work, we reported an electrochemical biosensor with target-assisted self-cleavage DNAzyme function for signal amplified detection of miRNA.
